At Noctra™, your satisfaction matters — but due to the nature of our product, we only accept returns under strict conditions. Please read carefully before purchasing.
1. Eligibility for Return
We accept returns only if the product is unused and in its original packaging.
To qualify:
- The item must be in brand new condition
- It must be returned with all original components, manuals, and packaging intact
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
Used products — even lightly — are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene and safety standards.
2. How to Start a Return
To request a return:
- Email support@noctra.ca with your order number and reason for return
- If eligible, we’ll provide return instructions and a return authorization number
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective
Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item:
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund after verification.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Used equipment
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items returned without authorization
