Thank you for shopping with Noctra. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship your order.
1. Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, along with a tracking number
2. Shipping Times & Methods
We ship to Canada, United States, and select international countries. Standard shipping times:
- Canada: 4–15 business days
- USA: 5–15 business days
- International: 7–17 business days (varies by region)
Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier issues, or high-volume periods.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- We occasionally offer free shipping promotions (see banner or PDP for details)
- Duties and taxes (for international orders) are the responsibility of the customer
4. Tracking & Delivery
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate; we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect details
- If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact the carrier first. If unresolved, email us at support@noctra.ca
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit:
- Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date
- We may require photo evidence and/or a written statement for claims
- Shipping Insurance
If Shipping Insurance was purchased at checkout, you are protected against loss, theft, or damage during transit.
In the event of a claim:
- Contact us at support@noctra.ca within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date if the item is missing)
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any required evidence (e.g., photos of damage, tracking proof of non-delivery)
- Upon verification, we will replace the item or issue a full refund — no hassle
6. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes
- Military APO/FPO addresses
- Countries restricted by trade regulations or carrier limitations
